The Globally-Advanced Intelligence Network exists to provide a platform where individuals with high intellectual capabilities can connect, exchange ideas, pursue knowledge, and collaborate.
This Constitution establishes the principles, standards, and organizational framework intended to guide the Network and its members.
We, the members of the Globally-Advanced Intelligence Network, in pursuit of fostering intellectual growth, collaboration, and positive impact, do establish this constitution to guide our actions and principles.
Eight articles establish the fundamental purposes, standards, responsibilities, and governance of the Globally-Advanced Intelligence Network.
To create a platform for individuals with high intellectual capabilities to connect, learn, and collaborate. To promote the advancement of knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving. To encourage ethical conduct, respect for diverse perspectives, and the betterment of society.
Membership shall be open to individuals who demonstrate a high level of intellectual aptitude, a minimum IQ of 125 on the standard deviation of 15, as determined by standardized measures. Membership criteria may include any type of test that shows a strong correlation with any accepted IQ test.
The Globally-Advanced Intelligence Network shall be governed by an elected Board of Directors, responsible for strategic decisions and overseeing network activities. A General Assembly of members shall convene periodically to discuss matters of significance and provide input on network direction.
Members shall engage in civil and constructive discourse, valuing open-mindedness and respectful disagreement. Intellectual property rights and ethical considerations shall be upheld when sharing and collaborating on ideas and projects.
The Globally-Advanced Intelligence Network shall organize seminars, workshops, and conferences to facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development. Collaborative projects shall be encouraged to address societal challenges and promote positive change.
Members shall uphold principles of honesty, integrity, and transparency in all network interactions. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of disrespectful behavior shall not be tolerated.
Decisions regarding network policies and initiatives shall be made through a combination of consensus-building and democratic processes. Major decisions may require a supermajority vote to ensure broad support and representation.
Amendments to this constitution may be proposed by members and require a significant majority vote for approval. Proposed amendments shall be thoroughly discussed and debated before a formal vote is taken.
The Constitution establishes a community founded upon intellectual development, responsible conduct, and constructive collaboration.

Individuals who meet the Network's intellectual membership standard are invited to apply for membership in one of the GAIN high IQ societies.
